I just moved here from Los Angeles, it was a rough road but Tiana made sure I was taken care of. The only issues I have ... with my unit is there isn't a washer/dryer and the trash is too far ?? especially when throwing out empty boxes. It is very quiet here just like I've always wanted. The tenants are friendly and to see children actually outside playing is awesome. Having central AC will make up for not having the washer/dryer. It is a lot to get used to but I do love the fact that I put in a repair order late Sunday night and the guy is here fixing my small issue So far so good! The current managers of City Place have been very hospitable to my family and myself. I have lived in city place many times ... for most of my life and so far, these managers have been the best. City Place is one of the best places to live in this area, because you get the best value for your money. I am very grateful for the patience and understanding the kind women of the office have shown me, and I feel very comfortable and respected when I come to them with concerns or requests. I definitely also appreciate the maintenance staff and how friendly they are. I believe the man's name was Melton who informed me that I could review his work and I am happy to as he was not only helpful but a pleasure to have work in my apartment. The staff cannot help that some residents feel the need to take advantage of their kindness, by sometimes being loud late at night or causing problems in their homes but the office staff do their best to make everything as pleasant as possible. At first, we were very hesitant to even send in our application because of all the reviews online. (We are coming from Chicago ... and have not seen the place yet).
